Felt like I was on an assembly line! Poor communication and the office staff overall lacked professionalism. I thought the assistant was going to break out a tooth with the suction. The insurance approval was poorly handled. Don't trust them to handle your insurance approval.

I am a retired dentist of forty years and I recently referred my wife to Dr. Lambat for a root canal.Dr. Lambat did a fantastic job.My wife was thrilled with the doctor’s technical skills and warm personality. Thanks so much for the great care Bluegrass Endodontics and Dr. Lambat.

I had a root canal done here. First when I left I paid my bill. I I was tod that mu portion of bill would be a certain amount. I paid exactly that amount. Then later I received a bill for exactly $100.00. My understanding was that I paid the bill in full at the time of services. The figure of exactly $100.00 is very odd as well. Second I find out that they broke a drill tip off and left it in my tooth without telling me. Having part of a tool left in my tooth means that that the root canal cannot be filled entirely and leaves the root more susceptible to infection.

Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had. Super friend and polite throughout the whole office. 10/10

My husband had a second root canal performed by Dr. Lambat over a month ago. She was wonderful! I went in for the consultation and she was so personable and nice. When my husband went back for the procedure he said he had no pain at all during the root canal. He was pleasantly surprised. Well done Dr. Lambat.
