Refused to take my insurance cards, "we have that already". I filled out the forms and hand entered the information. Yet they made up a name for my husband and that he is was the carrier on my policy and billed wrong. Filling out 1 hour after my appointment and was simple told I could miss work and drive an hour back to clinic to have it fixed.

Who doesn't love a root canal? I don't, but I had the pleasure today, regardless. So happy I called back to make my appointment here, rather than where I was referred by my dentist. Dr. Hatch is an endodontic GENIUS! From patience with my multiple pre-making-appointment calls, right up to the point I walked out the door after my visit, the best experience one could expect! Patient comfort is stellar; lingering effects from numbing needles was minimal... and now my tooth is ready for another... few years! ;) THANKS, Columbia River Endodontics!

Yesterday morning I walked out of the Columbia River Endodontics office with the first root canal of my life performed by Dr. Chad Dawson. I was told by friends to expect pain during a molar root canal procedure (a big tooth, second tooth from the back). I honestly felt remarkably little pain at all. It’s been nearly 24 hours since I walked out of their office, my anesthesia has completely worn off, I've eaten two meals since then, and I have yet to feel any noticeable pain at all anywhere in my mouth. Not in the tooth, not around the tooth, not in my jaw, nothing. I mean, I realize they yanked the nerves right out of my tooth (as they are supposed to) but after the procedure, I was still expecting a pretty mean toothache or jaw ache or some sort of discomfort that would last hours or days. These guys are top notch, the real deal, they're friendly, comforting, attentive, and we're all lucky to have them. Barely cost me a thing to boot ($219 out of pocket; insurance paid the remaining $1261). I would, will, and have already begun recommending them to anyone and everyone.

Very good doctors but they are expensive. Inside, the facility has nice roomy waiting areas with upscale furniture and lots of light. The staff are friendly and quick to help. Recommended!

The Dr. Dawson is the best doctor to relieve your pain. I would recommend him to anyone.
