Even the waiting area here is wonderful. The staff are so respectful and thoughtful. I have noticed that the doctors here are more intelligent than any other office I've been to in the U.S., which sadly is over 20 different places. We've been going to Native Health since 2016 and I haven't had any problems with them. They are helping me get my daughter's medical conditions under control, which gives me great peace of mind. The office staff are extremely professional, compassionate, adaptable and thorough. They are knowledgeable and haven't left me confused with insurance or appointments. Such a great experience.

I have encountered super nice staff here. The Dr.s and Nurses and medical staff are very professional, polite and helpful. On the other side, the counselors and staff are very friendly, helpful and awesome! I really like this place. :

I found the nurses and most of the office staff to be very nice and easy to work with. The doctor i saw however was not. She made assumptions, wrote false records about me, and was extremely judgemental. On top of this i went undiagnosed for years due to this physician apparently not thinking my symptoms were real. I found this out when i requested my medical records from them. I had trusted her, as we are suppose to trust our physicians, and than i learned the hard way that you cannot trust even doctors to be moral. What was even worse is when i requested my records and recieved them in the mail 2 weeks later, another patients (male) records were attached to mine. This is a major HIPPA violation. It had everything about this patient on them...address, name, diagnoses, medications, etc...I reported this to their staff but i highly doubt they reported it to this poor other patient or the state like they are suppose to.

Staff is greeting, professional. Dr. Mwangi is my favorite as he takes his time, very interactive and I always feel heard. Amazing education.
