Excellent Dental Office! The staff is very nice and the place is really cool looking on the inside. Dr. Salhi is a great dentist, I look forward to getting all my dental work done by him and the staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Bird for a number of years now. The most important word I have to describe Columbia Square Dental - INTEGRITY. Both Dr. Bird and Dr. Salhi have treated me in such a kind and compassionate way. Incredible staff to boot. Salt of the earth professionals who I trust with my teeth and will continue to do so for as long as I can. This practice and their staff are willing to go above and beyond for their clients. Thanks!

The most patient amazing people! I've had all my work done here since moving to Portland. 2 Root canals, and they removed my wisdom teeth for me.

Beware of exit charges. I am very disappointed with the change in this practice. This practice used to be under Green Apple dental with Dr. Bird who is a kind and caring dentist. Since changing names and ownership, the current owner Dr. Firas Salhi now engages in charging fees to leave the practice. In our case $100 to obtain digital copies of x-rays we already paid for. (We just need an email with an attachment!) We made numerous attempts to allow the practice to be fair but they refused even when confronted with the state statute. In contrast the dentist we changed to offered to do new x-rays for free! What started as a request for x-rays for one child has turned into our whole family exiting this practice. Maybe it is a blessing I can't imagine having to negotiate complex dental claims with this type of administrative attitude. I had hoped it was an administrative misunderstanding but was told by staff at his Eugene headquarters that this is Dr Firas Salhi's policy. First time I've had such an experience since moving to Portland in 2004. Pleased to be on my way but will miss Dr Bird.
