Don't go here unless you're OK with mandatory X-rays. I politely declined what I think was an unnecessary set of X-rays of my teeth, and was told they would not clean my teeth unless I consented to have my teeth X-rayed. (I have no tooth decay issues, take good care of my teeth, it had been just 4 years since my last set.) Afterward, no one showed them to me and explained anything about them. It was not at all clear that anyone had even looked at the x-rays they took--I can only assume they are only doing it to check a box. Overall, the 2.9 rating is probably about right. I've been going there for about 7 years, and my first couple of visits were just passable, the next 4 were great, most recent visit was back to passable. Note: the guy with the tattoos mentioned in an earlier review is excellent! Can't believe someone living in Portland would be surprised by that!?

The desk person is always friendly and willing to help you. The professionals are helpful and courteous. The office and restrooms are immaculate. There is a bicycle parking rack near the front door. Some child friendly decor and seating is available. Dental hygiene equipment is available here for sale.

The first time I went here for a cleaning, they missed a cavity on my lower left canine that my mom and girlfriend (both dental assistants) could easily spot. Then I had to point it out the next time I was there before they would give me a filling. By that time it was a visible hole. I just can't trust them if they can't spot a visible cavity in the front of my mouth.

Very happy to go here for my dental work. I've never had to wait for long, they've always been on time with my booking. They seem to do more through work then my previous dentist, and the people are friendly and easy to talk to. There isn't much privacy because of the layout, instead of having a private room you're separated by walls. However, it's never been an issue especially since all I can see is the ceiling most of the time.

Front desk and service staff are wonderful. The dentist's are errogant and less than helpful. Avoid this office, especially if you are in pain.
