I get that December is one of busiest season but when you wait more than 7 hours to get a service for a simple task such as battery jump start and flat tire, I'm not sure if I want to use them on future if I have an emergency situation. Overall, not a pleasant experience

Took international driving license. Fast and hassle free

Got one of the better memberships... Told me today only some of their drivers can fix a flat tire... Waited while she "checked her drivers" They had no one who knew how... So they could only tow me so i can go buy a tire. Waste of money, id hate to think what would happen if i needed them in a real emergency situation.
