Stopped by to book a Cuba trip for my husband and I. Despite having an empty desk the old lady working wasn't interested in helping me. Instead I had to wait for Maya to finish with her current client. After a few minutes I finally got to speak with Maya and she was AMAZING in helping us plan our trip. She found us an incredible resort that came in under our budget, helped us select our seats, and even submitted all our requests to the resort. When we got to Cuba there was a small issue with the room and after letting Maya know she went out of her to contact the resort and get it fixed. That's what I call customer service. We will be booking all our future trips with Maya @ Tripcentral and I definitely recommend her if you're looking for a personable, friendly, and intelligent travel agent in Hamilton! Thanks Maya!

Kelly B is the person you should look for when visiting the store. She was very helpful; she gave me many options for my trip. When she found one for me, she gave me all the information I needed. The price for the journey even went down while we were talking and I got the lower price. She followed up with me until my trip came around. And even after my trip, she wanted to make sure we had a great time. We had a great time over the Christmas vacation. We had great weather too. Will use her again!

The agent Couldnâ€™t find the info i urgently needed and was told to expect an email from her regarding the flight tickets by the end of the day. Never received that email.
