Well !! The Roc Barlovento ... This is a Place We will NEVER go to again.. We booked the snorkeling trip and it was just HORRIBLE !!! We could not not get a chair under the shelters because they were ALL Reserved both at the beach and at the pool.. It was posted No Reserving but nobody controls that.. The Bar staff would make you wait unless you gave them a tip.. We exchanged money there BUT it changed every hour.. Example = 9AM we got $90.00 pesos for $100.00 cdn, at 11 AM we got $160.00 for $200.00 cdn, at 2 PM we got $137.00 for $200.00 CDN. Igo say more , but we will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN !!!
