Always helpful, but service never fast.... even when they are not busy. The staff appear self-absorbed.

The store is full of so much information even if you aren't a CAA member. But if you are a member then it's even more amazing. The staff there are so knowledgeable and willing to help. If you have an idea for a trip they will give you so much information to help make your trip even better. Maps. Information booklets filled with fun things to do. Places were you get a discount with your CAA card. We were so grateful for their help.

Great staff and service.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in any place I have been to. From the moment I walked in no one gave me the time of day. When I walked up to one of the membership desks the lady at the table didn’t even look up until I said “excuse me”. When she looked up from her computer she rolled her eyes at me and from the moment we started a conversation all I got was attitude, and a sarcastic smile. All I wanted was to get some information on their travel insurance options as I was planning a trip in the near future. She rudely responded with “are you only looking for information, or to actually buy travel insurance”. The whole time I was there I felt as if I was wasting their time and they obviously did not want to be there. This store needs to hire new people who actually know good customer service skills, or they need to train their employees on how to provide good customer service because what I experienced was one the worst service I have ever received.
