We worked with Jack to book a trip for our friend's wedding. When we got to the resort they told us our room had been cancelled. It took 3 hours of us dealing with this. I feel like Jack did nothing to help us get rectified for this issue. We were on vacation and did not want to spend another 3 hours trying to get an upgrade or anything for our troubles, we did pay a lot to be there and we felt we deserved something for our troubles. Jack basically told me that he didn't do anything wrong and didn't really try anything to help us out. I thought that was very upsetting and will probably not use him in the future.

Every trip I have booked over the past few years I have done online. In November a friend and I booked a trip to Cabo and paying on 2 credit cards. I called Trip Central to ensure we could each pay on our own card and I was lucky to have Susan Snider answer my call. She was so helpful and efficient. She noted on our booking that we were return guests to RIU resorts and I am pretty sure that because of her, we landed an Oceanview upgrade upon arrival! My family decided to book a trip a week ago and right away I knew I wouldn't be booking online but would contact Susan. Without surprise she picked up the phone even though it was after 9pm. Within minutes our next trip was booked for our group of 5. She is very efficient and responds in record time to your questions and concerns. Her helpful tips for your destination ensure you are fully prepared for your dream vacation. Her office is very close to mine and she wants me to stop by so we can meet. It's that kind of personal customer service that will keep me from booking online ever again. Thanks Susan for all of your help.

Susan Snider has been a joy to work with, to help us plan our trip to Italy. She is very knowledgeable, speaks from first hand experience, and is funny and friendly to boot. Will definitely ask for her again.
