I have booked several trips with Raymond Mitts and he has been excellent. Even when the hurricanes hit last year he helped me to make informed decisions. He also is an advocate for his clients in times of need ensuring your needs are met. Raymond goes that extra mile, or air mile to give you the stress free vacation experience you deserve. Thank you, Kristina Edwards

I had a brief flirtation with booking my own travel using websites in the early 2000's and was fortunate to then find Mark Novak at Flight Centre. His knowledge of the industry, passion for travel and almost obsessive dedication to detail and perfection when handling any kind of travel request is unparalleled. I can count on honest feedback, good pricing , exceptional value and customer service and travel knowing that I have somebody that will be there fore me to resolve any eventuality. Mark has gone so far as to reschedule flights and destinations for me while I was sitting in an airport due to emergency circumstances and he was at home and not at his office. This is the only great way to travel ! I have followed Mark whenever he has moved location and i hope he never retires!

I can honestly say it was a pleasure working with Stephanie to help get myself and my friend (who currently lives in Atlanta) our trip to Mexico next month. Stephanie worked tirelessly with me via phone, email and in person to arrange our flights and hotel accomodations. She was very forthcoming with information regarding location, flight and pricing to make sure all our needs were met. I didn't feel at all like she was trying to just make a sale but that she was more like a friend trying to get us the best deal possible. Can't wait to lounge on a beach and soak up the sun rays! Thanks again Stephanie! 😊

I came in to this location after speaking to many other agents for different companies as well as trying to do it myself online. Stephanie was extremely helpful in listening to what was most important to me in a vacation and finding the right resort for me at a great price. Her two co-workers also overheard and came into our conversation even going so far as to call a friend who recently went to the resort I was thinking of booking for their feedback. To say they surpassed my expectations would be a major understatement. Thank you so much Stephanie and both co-workers who helped me out! You guys are amazing!!!!
