Poor business practices. Standard prices. I won’t recommend this company to anyone. I found this company through google on a search I was doing. Same price as all others and was convenient. I selected a 6pm flight instead of a 6am flight and called to correct the issue within 5 minutes of booking. The total cost of the trip $420 and the agent told me it would be $200 to change it. I told him that was lunacy and he then said it would be $150. I said don’t bother changing it because it was my fault but I’m really disappointed In how much they charge. I was then offered $100 fee to change. I said I’m not paying it and that I won’t use flight network again. He then offered me a cancellation at $50 and then we could rebook it. Well I've done this before and $25 - $50 is standard in the industry so I said yes. Two good things to note: 1) Agent was kind on the phone 2) Web site is nice but not iPhone friendly with scrolling 2b) I’m not booking flights on my iPhone again. Bottom line - the company is less than transparent and offers nothing worth bragging about. Go elsewhere, they deliver no value.

We've been booking through Abdul at Flight Network for years. He's phenomenal at what he does! Always looks out to find us the best deal and even got us a great price reduction once. The website is a tad bit outdated but it does the job. Update (2017): Abdul no longer works here.

Don't book with this incompetent and helpless comp. Once you purchase your ticket you are stack with it. Use it or loose it. Absolutely no help for cancelling trips. Anytime you want to change anything all kind of fees apply. Go straight to the airlines. I was supposed to travel to New York for Christmas from Toronto. Right from Pearson Airport I was denied entry to US, so I did not used any of the flights booked for this trip. I called Flight Network to cancel the return flight and get some refund for the first one. I got nothing. Just lost $500.

We like the many choices of flights and connection. Especially pleased with the availability of nonstop flights from Prague to Toronto. If you are looking for improvement, we would love to see a nonstop flight from Toronto to Prague as well. Booking process is simple and efficient.
