Kate Neufeld and her team make my life easier! Arranging travel for work and pleasure can take up so much time. I'm someone who likes to plan and I need to know I'm getting the best information, advice and recommendations. I know I'm in good hands whether going to a place with which I'm familiar or venturing out to a part of the worlds I've never visited. Kate has been instrumental in setting up my sometimes complicated business travel itineraries in Canada and the United States. I've also come to rely on her knowledge of European and tropical destinations. Kate comes up with flights and hotel options that are not east to find. She also knows my preferences down to the exact types of seats I like and don't like. It feels great to have everything taken care of by a team I trust.

Rebecca and the staff at Flight Centre downtown Oakville are top notch! We used to book everything ourselves until the time came to book our honeymoon in 2013. Flight Centre took care of all the details for our 2 week Scotland holiday. It was almost 'too' effortless. We have since booked several other holidays through the office including a recent trip to Italy with the same quality and attention to detail as the first. It's the little things you don't think about but really matter. Like airport transfers, flight or train timing aligning with hotel check-in times or maybe starting or finishing your flight on 'that' day isn't great because of 'X'. All these things were personal and pointed out to us. Pricing is on par with the online rates through all the 'websites' just less work cross checking. Thanks Flight Centre!

We’ve tried to get some information several times without any luck, despite being told we’d be emailed. We were then advised to go in this Saturday to discuss options. We did, both consultants were busy so we took a seat. 20 minutes later nobody had even given us eye contact so we left. Nobody even acknowledged we were leaving so obviously not interested in our business. I get that you need to serve the customers you are with but at least greet people, we’d have been happy to grab a coffee and get a call when you’re free. No wonder people just book online when customer service is so poor!
