I just wanted to thank Jasmin for recently arranging our group trip and and flights. Her friendly demeanor and details to our requests were all met and appreciated. We have used Jasmin as our agent for many years and we will continue moving forward. Had a fabulous time...thanks again for your hard work Jasmin. I know our group can be a handful 😊 We will talk about December soon.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I booked tickets for my parents and I was hoping to make the payments. I requested on Thursday on how to make payments. The following day received an email from Vinnie Vats that I need to make the payment by filling my credit card information. Unfortunately, I had a busy friday and didn't happen to check my email until Saturday morning. So on Saturday I visited their office and I was surprised to learn that my bookings are cancelled. As a proper customer service I would have appreciated for Travel air to call me before cancelling my tickets. Had I received the call I would have learnt about the email and the mode of making the payments. Vinnie has horrible attitude and when asked that instead of sending an email he could have called so our tickets wouldn't get cancelled. He has the audacity to tell me that I can take my business else where and he cannot call customers to update if their bookings are going to cancelled. I will not be surprised to see if they close down the business soon due to poor customer service and horrible attitude.

#1 is all I have to say, this is my first and only way to book my flights. The owner Vin has taken care of my family for years. I was at the Hard Rock in Punta Cana and without their knowlege or mine I got stuck in hurrican irma. Vin made sure even though its not his responsibility to check in every day to make sure I was safe and gave me every option that was available to get a flight home. This is not just any ordinary travel agent they treat ever customer like family. Vin I am for ever greatful for your dedication to make sure that every trip i book is smooth as possible. Thank you RICKY VERMA
