Did not help in any aspect when we were a group of 40 traveling together for a wedding...we paid way too much money (overpaid if you ask me) to deal with this bullcrap. Was not happy with her "services" at all. We ended up booking flights on our own because every time she quoted us it was AT LEAST $50 more than with the flight directly. We had memebers of our group that wanted to stay an extra night and when the hotel said to reach our agency (pfft good luck trying to get ahold of her) and she quite simply said she could not do a thing for us, even through all of this nightmarish trip.Save your time, patience, money and energy and do it yourself. The sad part is this place was recommended by a family friend...good luck! P.s. i hope i have the right agency, we dealt with mayi

STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Seriously such a nightmare...i can't believe we wasted our time and money trying to use this place! 1st of all, GOOD LUCK TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF HER... i cant tell you how many times we played phone tag. she was recommended through a friend of the family but we seriously don't get it...you would think with an agency you would some benefits or something, but literally nothing.... we were traveling in a party of 40 for a wedding and we basically overpaid and ended up doing it all ourselves! We also ended up booking our flight by ourselves because her prices were always at least $50 over what the airline cost. I really dont know what her "services" are supposed to be. This is just an outdated type of work because you will get better pricing and maybe some bonuses by using something like kayak or Orbitz or something. We had 2 families who FINALLY reached her THE DAY OF THE WEDDING (one of which was literally helping the bride get ready while very frustratingly trying to deal with this agency) because they were trying to extend their trip for one extra night...the hotel said the agency would be able to extend the trip, but she quite simply said she could not do anything for us. We have all been very frustrated and overall disappointed. Will DEFINITELY NOT BE RECOMMENDEDING and spreading the word to everyone we know to STAY AWAY! Hope i got the right place, we dealt with mayi. Beware to all!
