If I could have given this business zero stars, I would have done so. My husband and I attended the October 2021 Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta trip with Sunnyland. The bus smelled of sewage on our long journey from Springfield to New Mexico. The bus had multiple broken seats that were uncomfortable and would not sit up-right. The bus was no more comfortable than a school bus. We were sick to our stomachs the entire time we were on the bus. The odors and rough bus ride, accompanied by broken seats, was too much and not worth the over $3000 we spent for the trip.

Helpful people that answered all my questions!

Kimberly, Steve and the whole team at Sunnyland Travel Center are beyond wonderful! Kimberly made planning our honeymoon to Mexico a breeze. In the midst of planning an oversized Ozarks wedding, Kimberly monitored all the details of our honeymoon and sent us to an amazing all-inclusive resort that was actually under budget. We had a phenomenal time -- but Kimberly's brilliance didn't stop there! We knew that when we wanted to book a trip to an exotic location, Kimberly was our girl. She helped us navigate several potential locations before scouring dozens of cruise lines to find our perfect Mediterranean cruise -- of course, again, coming in UNDER budget! We're set for an 11-day Med cruise on Celebrity Cruises for less than $1800 each in 2016, and I wholeheartedly believe that Kimberly not only booked a cruise that we will love, but she made the arrangements for a trip that she would love as well. She treated us like family. I'm 25 and my husband is 30, and I know many travelers our age function as their own travel agents and depend on the Internet for their adventures. But Kimberly has planned two trips for us, coming in both times under budget, and provided invaluable insight to help us have the best possible experiences abroad. Kimberly Moyna and Sunnyland Travel exceed my expectations time and time again, and I look forward to being a lifelong customer! Bon voyage!

I've been on 4 motorcoach trips. I've had the time of my life on all 4. Only way to go.

Shore excursion at Skagway, AK, was with Chilkoot Tours. I arrived at pickup point at designated time, discovered tour bus left EARLY and Steve Brock (Sunnyland Tour Guide) let the bus leave without taking a head count! Fortunately, owner of Chilkoot Tours took us (2) in his vehicle up to White Pass Summit and we caught up to the tour after an hour. Bus driver did not or would not answer his radio call from the owner. Two poor decisions: Chilkoot Tour bus driver (Mike) for leaving early; and Steve Brock for failure to take a head count. Absolutely no excuse. Overall, Sunnyland was good and shore excursions were enjoyable, too. Just one bad experience and it turned out OK, thanks to the owner (Roy) of Chilkoot Tours.

I wish I had better marks for this company because it's such a long-standing company in the area. However, this has been one of the worst experiences of my traveling ventures. I will say that we chose NOT to go on the trip because of a massive lack of caring and communication on their part. There are agents that care, are kind and will help. That is not the experience I had with Sunnyland.
