A HORRIBLE experience! Called 7+ times to make reservation- never talked to a person and no one ever returned my messages. Finally got a hold of someone but had to pay an extra $25 to book rooms. Bought a vacation package for my family of 6 (I made sure I varified the number of people before I bought the package)- when I booked my trip it was only for 4 people. They wanted me to pay $450 for my 2 and 4 year olds for a 2 night stay. When I called the manager, Renee to see if we could be compensated someway, she said "Our vacations are non-refundable, you either use them as is or lose them". Don't use! I never will again.

I was called and offered a $499 package for only $199. I thought it would be a good time to take my wife and kids back to Branson so I bought it (and I knew better)....when we went to book it we found out we would be staying at a Super 8 for 2 nights and 3 days and when I got the manager Jamie on the line..the best she could account for was around a $284 value. 'They misrepresent themselves and at this point my credit card company won't charge back the cost because it has been past 60 days. Now I am submitting my complaint with the Attorney General's office in KY. I hate being duped...and they refuse to give me a refund. So it is on. I will fight them until they close the doors.

I can't believe these people get enough customers to run an operation. I mean, nothing against branson or MO, but telemarketing? That is so 50's... we don't have time or patience for that anymore. Buy a billboard or a commercial. For God Sakes just stop calling.

Do not book anything with these people! You will incur much more fees than what they tell you. We were supposed to get a free 2-night cruise with them if we attended one of their presentations. I called to book the package and it was going to cost my family $843.00 just for the cruise. Other expenses such as gratuities and such would cost extra. I tried to get a refund and they said the package is non-refundable. They will tell you anything to get you to buy. They said that I could use a bonus vacation in conjunction with the original package. When I tried to book they said that they would send the bonus vacation in the mail. approx. 4 to six weeks after our trip. And definitely don't buy two of these deals and expect to use them at the same time. They must be used 30 days apart. Good Luck and don't get suckered!

Lied about everything and completely misrepresented the hotel. I was told I would have a Suite, but instead got a standard room. After they took my money, they told me I would have to look at a Timeshare Resort Sales Pitch. I said no and demanded a refund immediately. They said no way. I have concluded this company is the exact reason why Branson has such a bad name. The owner should be ashamed of themselves. This is dirty business and very dishonest. Non Christian beliefs and sinful tongues that constantly lie to you. Don't believe a word anyone at this company says.
