Not Happy

Signed up for this service was told and showed huge discounts on trips. When I went to site after getting access weeks later I found nothing like what we were told. Was also told we could cancel this at any time. When we tried to we were told we had only 3 days. BIG BIG SCAM. Please stay away from this business. The sales team will lie and tell you whatever to get you to signup.

Disappointment with member resort-hotel discounts

Today was the first day I could log on the site to search for vacation options. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED; THE DISCOUNT WAS FOR ABOUT 7% FROM NON-MEMBER CUSTOMER. THIS CLUB PRICE IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE YOU PAY FOR THE MEMBERSHIP. THE PRICE EXAMPLES THAT MIKE M SHOWED DID NOT APPEAR ON MY SEARCH FOR THE SAME PRICE HE SHOWED US ON HIS COMPUTER PAD. I would like to cancel my membership............

Disappointed

Only used it once when booking a vehicle in Florida Have not been able to find a great deal on hotels or resorts since I purchased this in April 2021 The worst decision I have ever made A complete rip off Can’t believe I fell for it

Very Informative

Our presenter was Elizabeth Carr on Nov 9, she was not only friendly but pretty as well. Her beauty had no negative effects on her presentation however for she was very well informed about the benefits of the club. If I had been interested in future travels I surely would have purchased from her.

Scam, stick with Expedia!

Expensive lesson, they didn't give access to their site until after the three day grace period to cancel is over. The one hotel we got through the site was wary of us because the have trouble getting paid by quest. Very embarrassing! I've found NO DEALS BETTER THAN EXPEDIA OR PRICELINE. When I tried to cancel, after getting the run around for a month, I was told too bad.

Quest made booking our mountain get away easy, affordable, and with many choices available. Beautiful 3 bedroom cabin next to a river, close to Boone and Blowing rock. The kitchen was fully stocked for anything needed to prepare meals. The cabin was spotless, new, and private, and It was a huge convenience to be able to bring our dog. Will definitely revisit and book through Quest again!

We just purchased a package last Friday. I went to use it, and as some other people have noted, the deals are not good. We found the same hotels which cheaper prices doing just a Google search. My major issue is I specifically asked if the weekly vacations (those with the supposedly 50% discounts - I found matches on the internet) could be broken up and if we use only the days we needed. We were assured this was the case because I suspected from day one this would not be the case and this was the ONLY reason we purchased. Turns out our suspicions were correct.

Not a member but looking to join. Noticed the reviews can be divided into 2 groups. The unsatisfied and those commenting on the presentation and the rep they worked with during the presentation. Why? I would like to hear from satisfied travelers. Is anybody happy? I belong to RCI for over 25 years and not happy st this point. What about Quest?

Finally used my Quest account today for the first time since my purchase last month. I was looking for a Disney vacation for me and my family and I couldn’t at first find the deals I wanted to see in the hotel section, so I got ahold of my representative Mike and he walked me through the website and showed me the time share resort section. That’s where I found some really good discounts. Orange Lake Resort here I come! Lol
