The Great Escape

We stayed at the Coral Reef Condo, Hilton Head Island during the period from 12 January to 19 January 2025. The condo in the Coral Reef Complex was exceptional. It was clean, roomy and very comfortable. My wife and I were very content at this location. The staff did everything possible to make our stay special. Coral Sands provided two complimentary bicycles through their vendor. We enjoyed using the bikes to explore and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area. Coral Sands also offered discounted rates on excursions that we took advantage of. My wife and I were very impressed with the activities offered by Coral Sands and the hospitality of management. Billy Schilling, sales manager for the Quest Travel Club gave us the sales presentation and he did a marvelous job. He was professional, informative and explained the benefits of the Travel Club. We were very happy with all aspects of our Quest Travel Club experience. We would highly recommend Quest Travel Club.

Not Happy

Signed up for this service was told and showed huge discounts on trips. When I went to site after getting access weeks later I found nothing like what we were told. Was also told we could cancel this at any time. When we tried to we were told we had only 3 days. BIG BIG SCAM. Please stay away from this business. The sales team will lie and tell you whatever to get you to signup.

Disappointment with member resort-hotel discounts

Today was the first day I could log on the site to search for vacation options. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED; THE DISCOUNT WAS FOR ABOUT 7% FROM NON-MEMBER CUSTOMER. THIS CLUB PRICE IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE YOU PAY FOR THE MEMBERSHIP. THE PRICE EXAMPLES THAT MIKE M SHOWED DID NOT APPEAR ON MY SEARCH FOR THE SAME PRICE HE SHOWED US ON HIS COMPUTER PAD. I would like to cancel my membership............

Disappointed

Only used it once when booking a vehicle in Florida Have not been able to find a great deal on hotels or resorts since I purchased this in April 2021 The worst decision I have ever made A complete rip off Can’t believe I fell for it

Very Informative

Our presenter was Elizabeth Carr on Nov 9, she was not only friendly but pretty as well. Her beauty had no negative effects on her presentation however for she was very well informed about the benefits of the club. If I had been interested in future travels I surely would have purchased from her.

Scam, stick with Expedia!

Expensive lesson, they didn't give access to their site until after the three day grace period to cancel is over. The one hotel we got through the site was wary of us because the have trouble getting paid by quest. Very embarrassing! I've found NO DEALS BETTER THAN EXPEDIA OR PRICELINE. When I tried to cancel, after getting the run around for a month, I was told too bad.

This "company" is a joke and does nothing but lie to you and feed you a bunch of bull to get you to sign up! The website they show you in the office to show their prices has to be fake and only part of their bogus sales pitch. We signed up in September on a weekend trip to HHI for our anniversary (after already listening to 2 other weirdos with a sales pitch from other places so they knew I was tired and over it) and the guy made it seem like it was totally worth it and oh yeah if you change your minds you can cancel absolutely anytime! No BOBBY(the sales guy) you can't!! In the fine print it says you only have 3 days which was absolutely NEVER disclosed and now I'm stuck paying for this every month and can't get out of it and will never use it! Great way to rip people off. Not sure how you have this kind of job and feel good about yourself.

My family and I had the best experience using our Quest membership for an ocean front resort at Myrtle Beach a few weekends ago. I never write reviews but felt the need to share our very positive experience. Our family travels a lot with sports and visiting family. We love being able to book these resort condos/timeshare properties. The savings and options for us have been great! For this trip we were able to book at the beautiful Hilton Enclave in Myrtle Beach, and we were thrilled with the resort. We are looking forward to our next trip!

I've had nothing but positive experiences when I reached out to Quest's customer service group. In particular, Rodney Y. was exceptionally responsive and helpful when he offered a recommendation that exceeded my expectations.

Would not believe anything this company says. Bought in last year tried to use for 4 vacations this year and they were considerably higher ($400-600) more than renting from other companies. They are all hyped up to sell and or get your money. Service after the sale is non-existent. Found out when I called to cancel that they will price match the exact same room. Before that it was never mentioned. But while in the office the prices are so much cheaper and savings so much greater. Save yourself some money and aggravation and DO NOT DRINK the Kool aid. Not worth finding out after they have taken your money that you can get better prices everywhere else.

Quest made booking our mountain get away easy, affordable, and with many choices available. Beautiful 3 bedroom cabin next to a river, close to Boone and Blowing rock. The kitchen was fully stocked for anything needed to prepare meals. The cabin was spotless, new, and private, and It was a huge convenience to be able to bring our dog. Will definitely revisit and book through Quest again!
