Amazing... my first time ever going to a gym or working with a trainer. John Spezzano took careful time to assess my current fitness level and come up with a plan that works for me. Sessions are planned with a lot of forethought for what I can do and how I can progress. Lu is also a very thoughtful and patient trainer. They both really know what they are doing, but more important, they are kind and enjoyable to work with. I look forward to seeing them both each week and making steady progress in my fitness goals. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I love this place! I've been training with Source 1 for almost a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the progress in my strength, mobility and overall body comp. The coaches are all super helpful in keeping progress in check while making sure all athletes are safe and not over training. The program I'm in mainly focuses on kettlebell and barbell movements which has translated very well into other sports I enjoy and functions of everyday life. Source 1 is definitely NOT a "bro-y" atmosphere and all the training partners I've met have been supportive and just plain nice. I can't recommend this place enough!

Great staff, great equipment, great gym. Just three months into it and you'll already be feeling so much healthier and stronger than before. In a city over-saturated with over priced mediocre/shallow (not to mention boring) gyms, this one is worth every penny! Can't recommend it enough! Also, it's fun!

Great gym with terrific qualified instructors. Been going to the gym for a couple of months now, largest class I've seen is 6 people. Instructors are able to give you 1-on-1 attention to teach you proper form and help you achieve goals. Classes are practically a training session with a personal trainer at a much lower cost.

Training here has changed my life. In learning so many new techniques, and taking my strength and conditioning to the next level, John Spezzano’s instruction continues to uplift and inspire. Source 1 is also just a lot of fun! Always a pleasure to see everyone. As it says on the wall “Pain is a part of life, misery is optional.”
