Started attending seminars by Dan in 1979 so have done a few since then. I decided to buy a hoodie from the Web site as a gift to myself. Really impressed with the speed of the sending of the order and the quality of the hoodie. Its the best martial arts hoodie on the market. Neal Watson 6th Dan Okinawan Goju-Ryu

Best martial arts academy in the world. Guru Dan Inosanto is a wise, and genuine instructor. Sensei Gary Padilla is the best BJJ profesor, very knowledgeable and caring. They both really have a passion for the arts and care for the progression of their students. I felt right at home training in this amazing place. Unfortunately I had to stop because I temporarily moved to Sydney but I'll rejoin as soon as I'm back in LA.

Absolutely love the training at this school. Training with Guro/Sifu Inosanto is always a privilege. Great people and friendly staff!

Very disappointed - school is run by a very bigoted person and gurus wife - many instructors have left - my experience was that if you were rich - jewish - caucasian or asian you're welcome anybody else good luck from playing childrens games during a bjj class to comments about kungfu and other arts as inferior from a mma school? Also if you aren't accepted in a click or something or a girl you can forget it. I spent some time there mostly bjj and shooto but it attracts cowardly people who want to learn to hurt people but not get hurt. Shame guru is a living treasure.

Dan Inosanto dispels a lifetime of material in every class. Not sure if you should train here? I've seen them let people watch for free. The drop in rate does a little to curate the student body for the head instructor and legend now 80 years old. Whether you're looking for a few weeks or to begin your own lifetime journey you won't regret it. Inosanto has turned out more top students than just about anyone on the planet. He himself is still a student of the game routinely putting in more hours in a day than fighters and instructors less than half his age. Maybe you should be sure you want to take this seriously before you begin, but my one regret isn't training there. Rather, it's my wish that I'd found IAMA sooner.
