Started here the same time as my 3 year old. Both of us love it, him 3 times a week and me with my 2. Definitely recommend it.

Very weak training nobody takes it seriously I went with my cousin that trains there and it’s just awful the instructors spend more time telling the people not to dab in class than any actual training when I went there for one day I was a white belt I was able to tap a blue belt so it’s not worth the money at all

Trained Brazilian Jiu Jitsu here for about 2.5 years before I had to leave the Bay Area for SoCal. I also received my blue belt under the owner and instructor, Matt Darcy, who is a black belt in both BJJ and Judo. Parking: Big lot in the back, but does get packed during night classes. Sometimes you can find a sweet spot just when the parents are leaving after the kid's classes. Alternatively, there is plenty of parking along the streets. Gym space: Big and clean. The mats are cleaned at least twice a day, once after morning classes and once after evening classes. As of Jan. 2016, they have recently finished remodeling the interior so that means brand new mats as well. Instructor: Majority of the adult classes are taught by Matt himself. He goes over the techniques with just the right amount of detail and explains the whys as well as the common mistake you might make during the move. He blends a lot of judo and wrestling philosophy into the techniques, which I believe to be key to becoming a more complete grappler. Matt's lessons are well balanced, as he covers both traditional self-defense and modern sports jiujitsu techniques. Last and most importantly, he is approachable. Whether it is a technique questions, critiques or even membership/payment issues, he will do his best to answer them. Matt also has a group of black and brown belts for backup in the event that he cannot teach the classes himself. Other: Gym members wise, you get a plethora of belt levels and body types which is absolutely essential for your BJJ growth. This way, you get to test your technique against various levels and body types and get great feedback on what you are doing right or wrong and what to do to adjust. The front office staffs are pleasant to deal with, attentive and knows you by name. They are always willing to help with any membership questions or issues. All in all, a safe and spacious environment to train with top-notch instructions and customer service. But, don't take a from me, try it yourself and drop by for a free lesson or two.
