Ive been with KOA Fitness since 2014. I love the environment and and family feel. Instructors and staff are top notch from the time you enter the door, step on the mats and leave to go home. Coaches and instructors are very knowledgeable and seasoned. The members are hospitable and welcoming. I plan to be with KOA Fitness for a long time and would recommend their programs to all that seek life improvement and a healthy lifestyle

This is a great gym! Tough training, very friendly, high standards, clean, all sorts of people welcome. I'm a 64-year old woman; Jake has taught me everything I need to join regular Muay Thai classes with twenty-something guys, who are totally polite and friendly and help me improve. The training is top-notch. I've lost 12 pounds of fat and am transforming the shape and content of my body. My trainer is like my best friend, and every day all I want to do is go hit and kick stuff. Showing up, facing my fears, challenging myself to work, taking risks is totally building my confidence and self-respect. People treat me better, and my sex life is better too. Just come in, talk to Chris or Natasha and DO the WORK, and you can have it all. KOA Mountain View : Home of warriors!
