Unprofessional Behavior

Nick is an unprofessional person. Last year he committed adultry at the Valor Martial Arts Dojo with a woman who is married. This happened while her husband was deployed overseas with me. Nick is a disgraceful person, unprofessional and a poor excuse of a husband.

Good place to start learning about martial arts. Helps you focus you stay calmer and be more comfortable and confident in life. The karate classes great relaxed but very much to the point you will learn as much as you put into it. The teacher/Nick is great with kids. And the co owner is very nice and makes you feel welcome there. It did not feel like a gym like some places but a dojo.

Valor is the place to be for fitness. Whether you want serious, competition style Martial Arts, Boxing or BJJ or you just want to get in shape, tone up or learn Self Defense. Valor also has kids classes and an after school program where they help with homework !!! They have it all. I have attended the PiYo classes and one Ladies Self Defense class. The instructors are very kind and extremely knowledgeable. You really should give them a try.

This place has karate for kids and adults, boxing/kickboxing, BJJ, and Beachbody's PiYo and the instructors love working with both brand new beginners and seasoned athletes. You need to give it a try, your first class is on the house.

Fantastic place to train with diverse programs offered taught by highly skilled instructors. Shotokan Karate, Boxing/Kickboxing, Carlson Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, BeachBody PiYo and Conditioning Classes are all offered at affordable prices. Plus they have kids karate classes, which is great for learning self-control and discipline. The facility is located right off I-94 at Portage Road, is clean and well maintained, and the owners are extremely friendly. This place is definitely worth checking out, since there are so many different martial art forms to try, and even just some great fitness classes. There is really something for everyone, whether it's to learn self defense, try something new, or get a great workout in.
