Awesome instructors. A great atmosphere and environment to learn the art and gain quality experience. The style of teaching is very easy to follow and their drills and exercises are very effective. I highly recommend their gym for people of all skill levels.

I am so happy to come here. The classes and the people are incredible. It's only been a little over 2 months, but I have felt a positive change in both my physical and mental health. In addition, training with everyone is just really fun! Of course you're getting a good workout and it is going to be challenging, but it is the best kind of challenge. When you first nail a move, it's going to feel amazing and you'll only want to work harder after. Diego and everyone really make this school a pleasure to be a part of and I promise you won't regret checking out a free class.

My nieces have been a part of this program for a few years now and they really enjoy attending this bjj program and all it offers. Diego has been very welcoming to all of our friends and family, that my husband and I decided to join. Happy to be a part of this team.

I signed up my two boys for their summer camp and it was amazing. There were many activities to keep the kids busy including a trip to the swimming pool and rock climbing. They also learned some self defense techniques and attended an anti bullying workshop. My boys enjoyed every minute of the time spent here and we will be sure to sign up again next year.
