My first experience with DMG Fitness and Boxing was truly an amazing learning experience. I signed up for a self defense class and didn't think I would leave with so much knowledge but Daryl (our instructor ) covered all basis in our 1 1/2 session. We learned how to defend ourselves in so many different scenarios including being attacked from behind unexpectedly, when your being choked, how to defend yourself when someone is trying to pull you from your arm, and how to deal with someone coming after you. Daryl even hit us with statistics about how many women are sexually assaulted or just assaulted on a yearly basis and we were shocked. Also I never felt more comfortable at a gym environment then I did at DMG Fitness and Boxing. Daryl definitely has created a gym environment that is serious about working out and training while still having a great time! I will most definitely be attending classes and or training at this gym again.

Everyone here is awesome! I look forward to more training here in the new year!

This gym is so efficient. The memberships are very reasonable for what you get. There are weekly classes with one on one trainers and they offer a huge variety of things from MMA to jiu-jitsu to boxing. The trainers are highly educated on what they're teaching you and they train all ages. They've always been so good about the memberships and I know the owner Daryl is extremely caring about his customers. I highly recommend this gym to anyone from people just starting out to people who have been training for years. The classes are so skillfully thought out, you'll always learn something new.

I really love the new location in Little Falls, it's very safe and has plenty of parking. DMG is not like a regular gym where you just go and work out. There you can take boxing classes, MMA, Jiu-jitsu, self defense, learn new skills AND also work out. The membership is very reasonable and there are no contracts, you have to let them know 30 days in advance if you desire to cancel your membership and they won't charge your card again. The owner, Daryl is very honest and he's my favorite trainer! I feel sore after every boxing class, but I also feel stronger and that's my motivation!
