I have been practicing Gracie jiujitsu of and on since 2000. Being an older jiujitsu player I have to make sure I am careful who I train with. The instructor, Adam, and his students are a great group of guys who are dedicated to the art of jiujitsu whether it is sport or self-defense. I personally enjoy the self-defense. Adam is one of the best instructors I have had. He is able to break down the techniques to the smallest detail so that your able to execute them accurately. If your looking to learn jiujitsu whether you are young or older (your never to old to start learning jiujitsu), Yama Studios is the place to learn.
