I have been a student at FMK for a number of years and I would encourage anyone to try a class at FMK Karate! Frank Kushner is one of the best teachers I have ever known and continuously produces students who are not only excellent martial artists but moral people who are kind gentle and good to others. FMK has the best cardio kickboxing classes that pay attention to proper technique giving a thorough and fun workout! I have been in the best physical shape of my life and I have had nothing but positive experiences since joining the school!
