Orlando is a great trainer. Very patient and flexible with schedules. I've worked with him for about 5 months so far and he is always willing to work on whatever area I think I need improvement on. He is also willing to work on a technique or problem area until you have it down and will explain movements in a really easy to understand manner. If you willing to work and improve Orlando is your man.

I can't say enough to describe how awesome time spent here is. Orlando trains kids as well as adults, and has the patience to take on the most stubborn clients. My son has evolved from a kid that was happy with an Xbox controller, content to pursue zero physical activity, into a young man that is strong, growing more physically fit by the day, and whose confidence grows after every training session. He learns all of these things in addition to great technique and form; he works hard during his time here. The lessons he learns at PT and Boxing will stay with him for a lifetime, and we couldn't be happier that we chose to make this investment in him.

The best coach I’ve ever had! Doesn’t rush anything, is very patient. He breaks everything down for better understanding. Very passionate about what he does, and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially beginners. If you’re looking for a new hobby, training, or just a good workout, this is the trainer you need.

If you are looking for a boxing coach, no matter your skill level, you cannot go wrong training with Orlando. He has a vast wealth of knowledge and is gifted in sharing it. I have no reservations in recommending him to anyone.

By far one of the best coaches/trainers I've ever had. He doesn't rush anything and makes sure you get the technique down before you move on to the next thing. He focusses on the small important details and builds of of them starting from the ground up. I would recommend him to anyone interested in boxing or just getting a damn good workout in. He is worth every penny and then some.
