All I can say is wow

This has to be the best gym I’ve witnessed in a very long time. Hands down if your in the Fayetteville, fort Bragg, or triad area , and you grapple. Element grappling is the best no gi Brazilian jiu-jitsu gym around. Great people, good friends, and amazing vibe.

Best no-gi gym in North Carolina

The instructors at Element Grappling are very knowledgeable, patient, and great at explaining complex techniques! The atmosphere at the gym is very friendly and inviting. The competition team is full of grapplers who stay active on the local and national levels. The transparency in contracts and the lack of drop-in fees are also a huge plus! Drop-in if you're in town!

The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Element Grappling is superb. The instructors are extremely passionate and give each student their upmost attention. This place truly deserves to succeed.
