I am enrolled at this school, I love it and would recommend it to anyone who wants to take martial arts classes.

The instructors here are amazing. They're patient but firm. They want you to have fun while you learn. We tried out a karate class before we went here. There was no structure. I felt the instructor was just there to make money from the class and go home. Then we found Midtown Martial Arts. We were amazed from the first class. The instructors worked with our daughter one on one to make sure she understood the basics. If the student isn't grasping something, they will stop to explain. They demand respect and keep control of their class, which is what we wanted for our daughter. She has so much fun, loves it here, and so do we.

I have been practicing various types of martial arts since I was 6, so I was looking for a place that my son can learn respect, self confidence, integrity, and have fun at the same time, but in a traditional setting. He started Tae Kwondo at a different academy and soon I started noticing the lack of those traditional values that were engrained on me as a young boy, courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit. We looked for a new place and found Midtown Martial Arts, I was so impressed by sah boo nim Bryan Tosh that I also decided to join and start practicing again. The school is great, it pushes you, it is family oriented, challenging and will help you build a strong mind and body, as Sah boo nim Tosh says "Where else can you bond with your child and participate with him than doing martial arts together as a family!" I highly recommend, come join us!!!
