Led by Masters Jeff and Reneé Battenberg, our programs include Taekwondo, kids' martial arts, boxing, self-defense, Tai Chi, Neuro Fitness Classes, and Rock Steady Boxing for people with Parkinson's.

Great school! My boys and I came from another school (Rising Sun) in Jan 2017.I thought that we were in a good school until we started at Battenberg’s. The learning and focus to technique and details were so much different. My boys and I have learned so much more in the last year in comparison to 2 years at Rising sun about self discipline, courage, respect, and self confidence! They are about their students learning and care, not egos and money! My boys just turned 7 and 9. We all are very happy and plaesed with the school and glad we made the change. I would highly recommend the school!

A 6th Degree Taekwondo Black Belt, certified Square 1 System practitioner, and NeuroTraining Institute certified practitioner, Mr. B combines traditional martial arts instruction with innovative approaches to movement, balance, coordination, and nervous system training. Our expertise serves everyone from young beginners to older adults and individuals facing neurological challenges.
