Dr. Graves always takes the utmost of care when dealing with me. I had a bad bout in life and hadn't been to see a dentist in over 8 years. The previous dentist I went to laughed at me in the other room and I overheard him with his nurses I felt ashamed and decided to look elsewhere. Not Dr. Graves, he had a kind and understanding demeanour that sometimes things happen and we can't get to a dentist. Over the last year, I have had over a dozen appointments with him and his nurses and every time that I come in I feel happy to be there. I'm normally someone who is afraid to go to the dentist. He has a great sense of humour and explains every detail of what he is doing so that I don't ever feel nervous. We even laugh sometimes, especially when family feud comes on the T.V. (it can be a bit awkward with my mouth wide open but, it just adds to the hilarity of the situation) Not to mention the assistants that he has hired are all professional, caring and attentive. They also designed a program that works with my insurance to work on the worst teeth first and then work our way down so that I am in as little discomfort as possible between appointments. I can't sing this practices praises enough. Their front end woman Christine is also incredibly polite and fun to talk to when you have to book an appointment. If you are looking for a new dentist, in a considerate and kind environment with a staff of people that have a great sense of humour then I HIGHLY recommend them. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
