Finally someone who doesn't make me scared of getting my teeth cleaned. Who would have thought Dental hygienist could be painless, wish it was sooner. Your awesome Dr. Tao, recommended to all our friends

Dr. Michelle Tao is very professional and caring. I was very grateful and pleased that she never shamed me, or gave and judging, considering the conditions of my teeth at the time. She made me trust her after the first visit, which helped me overcome my initial anxiety and fear. My subsequent visits for fillings and extraction went very well, with absolutely no pain or setbacks. Finally I found a great dentist, whom I keep recommending to my friends!

Aside from Dr. Penny Thompson from whom she took over the practice, Dr.Tao is one of the two dentists who has not made me feel ashamed or upset about my teeth. Her staff are all professional and kind. Her work has stood the test of time and she is very sensitive to the fact that I do not freeze properly, always checking in to make sure I am comfortable with what is happening.

Dr. Tao continues Dr. Penny Thompson's tradition of cheerful, professional service -- and something I enjoy, being told exactly what they are doing to me as they go, and why. She and her colleagues have suggestions for care but do not push, and are willing to work within your budget (unlike my previous dentist who wanted to regularly X-ray my jaw in case of tumors. No, I don't smoke, and there is no other reason to think I would have one.) One small thing: please don't ask questions that require more than a "yes" or "no" of people with hardware in their mouths!
