Great dental team.

We referred our staff to here and we've had nothing but pleasant experience with the staff and hygienists. One dentist in particular was very flexible in scheduling appointments and ensuring our team was taken care of. If you're looking for specialists on site they do however refer out.

Terrible Experience. I had a tooth removed 2 months ago. Ever since the visit I've have had a cut gum across from the removed tooth. Not sure what it was at first, thought it was an impacted tooth coming out under the current teeth, so I let it alone to heal. After more than a week it still wouldn't heal and the protruding 'tooth' was sharp enough to cut the tongue, so i started to pry, and over the next few days I pulled 2 small, sharp tooth fragments out of my gum. These were tooth fragments from the tooth she removed, the dentist used a drill to break up the tooth during the extraction and fragments must have shot across my mouth and were embedded into the gum across my mouth on the lower side. I also found 2 fragments in the hole left from the removed tooth. These two pieces worked there way to the surface on their own. I spent the next couple of weeks trying to remove a third fragment from this same area, on opposite side from the removed tooth. This piece did not want to come out. The more I poked, the deeper it went, so I made another appointment to ask the dentist to remove the fragment. I left the area alone while i waited a week for the appointment and the are healed over during this week. When I explained the situation to the dentist she did not believe me. She insisted that the bump on my gum was a piece of bone protruding. I told her that i knew it was a tooth fragment since i already was close to removing it. She did not believe that it was a tooth fragment from my previous visit since it had been almost two months. It is MY mouth, and i know what happened in MY mouth. I spent the previous weeks with a cut on my gum digging out tooth fragments. She told me she would have to see the fragments i pulled out to prove my story!! She offered to send me to a surgeon to look at the protruding bone. She basically said i was a liar and did not want to remove the fragment for me. I told her I would finish the job since I had no other choice. She simply added insult to injury. It's sad that she is so pre-programmed that she could not hear or believe me.

Excellent! The staff is very organized and helpful. I had the pleasure of dealing with Stephen at front desk to book my appointments. Dr. Spreen is very nice, informative and really does a thorough job of explaining things carefully!
