Very friendly and i recommend it

5 stars is not nearly enough for Dr. Chan and his staff, they deserve so much more. I can truly say I have never been to a dental clinic that has more compassion for their patients than Dr. Chan and staff. Thankfully I have moved to a city that is close to a colleague of Dr. Chan's that has the same amazing qualities.

Dr. Chan and his entire staff are very professional, courteous and understanding of all their patients needs. They fit me in when it is convenient for me and it is a good experience from everything from a root canal (yes a root canal) to periodic cleaning. Keep up the great work.

Very friendly and good with kids. My daughter had fillings and she came out happy. Not a frightening experience at all. Highly recomend this to everyone.

The one receptionists has called and harrased me ( for 4 minutes) about a bill owed by another client. I told this woman several of times it was not my business, and i was continued to be told unnessary information. After sending an email and specifically stating my concerns ANOTHER staff member called my house the same evening ( from a private number l ) again providing a balance of another client, and became rude and upset when I again, told them this was not my business and totally inappropriate. The information included; the name of the other client, And the total amount of money owed. The fact this person signed a contract and missed their payment. The dentists at this clinic are amazing. Unfortunately, The unproffesionalism practiced both by Nicole and Heather was completely uncalled for. I will be finding another clinic for my family.
