Probably the worst dentist I've ever been to. I visited this dentist about a year ago and went in there simply for a cleaning. The lady at the front desk kept asking me if I had insurance, which I answered yes. I didn't think anything of her asking me this question. After my cleaning I go to the front to pay (I claim the amount after through my insurance) and I see a lot of other services added. I asked her why I was also charged for a scan and a couple of other things. I told her I only wanted the cleaning. She then proceeded to tell me I should have told the nurses to stop when they were doing my scan and other services. I was appalled. Why was I being given services I didn't ask for? They did this because they knew I was insured and wanted to bill me a lot more. I was furious. I told her to remove these extra charges because you can't just conduct these without informing the patient. I told her this was the last time I am ever visiting this dentist office because of the HORRIBLE service. Avoid this dentist office at all costs, because they will definitely add extra services and charge you for them without informing you. Pathetic.

Nothing but problems here. DO NOT GO HERE. Went in 2017 for cleaning and was told I had 4 cavities 3 on the back molars and 1 in the front. I expressed that i am extemely nervous and terrified of needles, no one cared or bothered to make note of this. Had the 3 back molars filled they didnt care about my fear of needles and continued as usual and when i tensed as they pulled out the needle they just said dont do that. the 4th time I went in they started to numb the left side instead of the front so I stopped them and said something. The dentist checked the notes and xrays and said I do not have a cavity at the front but 1 more at the back, she showed me the cavity so I let her proceed. Early 2018 I went back for a cleaning again and mentioned that one of cavities I had filled last year was hurting again. Dentist said that it was a really deep cavity that was filled and decay was starting behind the filling again and they will need to redo the filling. Made an appointment the next weekend to get that done as i was in pain. The receptionist called during the week and asked me why I was coming in??!! I told her my tooth is in pain I have a cavity and I am getting it filled. Showed up for my appointment on time and they they made me sit around for 45 minutes, didn't really say anything to me, the dentist finally came in, in plain clothes, asked what hurt then tapped my sore tooth and asked if it hurt then sat me up and said the cavity is really deep and I may need a root canal and she wasn't going to do anything that day and will wait and see on that tooth if it gets worse cause she had another patient in the other room scheduled for a root canal but I would have to make another appointment to fill other cavities. No one ever told me I had other cavities, and instead of making me sit around for 45 minutes waiting for nothing why didn't they fill a cavity then??? Obviously I'm not as important as a guy that had an appointment after me. Thought i would give them 1 more chance, made an appointment for 910 another saturday, which I confirmed and put in my calendar before I walked out. They call me a few days before and tell me my appointment is at 940. I correct her and said it is supposed to be at 910 and am told that it's 940 and always has been. Said I would have to call back. Called back and was hung up on. Called back again to say i neede my appointment earlier as it was supposed to be and they said they would have to move the person booked at 850 to fit me in. So they are going to inconvienience someone else?? I decided to cancel the appointment and i will take my business to somewhere else that i am listened to and looked after in a prifessional manner. The staff is rude, the dentist's don't know what they are doing, they don't talk to each other or communicate with their clients and they never give a receipt showing costs and services done, I've never been to a dentist that doesn't give that before. I am going somewhere else and will never recommend this place to anyone and would not be surprised if the cavities they did fill need to be done again.

Finally, hip and modern dentistry. Painless cleaning, user friendly scheduling system, dentistry as it should be.

My wife had part of her old filling fell out. We booked an appointment to see a dentist who has a great Google review in Mississauga where we live. The dentist insisted to do a root canal without much explanation. We decided not to go with her opinion. We saw Dr. Bushra at this clinic..She was very kind and courteous. She decided to refill the tooth without the need for a root canal. I usually don't write much reviews but this experience has urged me to recommend Dr. Bushra as a great example of a professional dentist.
