Great staff, location and atmosphere. Second time going and will definately be coming back! Receptionist was very helpful and dentist/assistants were very knowledgable. Highly recommended.

I wish I could give minus stars. This place is torture to children! Yes they seem really nice, the doctor doing anestic was very nice after the procedure was complete as the dentist slipped out the back door before my child even woke. She woke up earlier than they expected despite my warnings that this might happen as it happens throughout my family. She awoke in delerium, very violent, non stop crying and hitting very unlike my child. The dentist wasn't there so the anestic doctor had to come out to tell us that they dropped acid on my child's arm so she might need to see a dermatologist. That was that nothing more said, no precautions just take her when she's more awake and not violent. We did finally get her into the car about 15 mins went by and she asked for ice cream, I went to call dentist to see if it was ok and my kid put her finger in her mouth and out popped the crown they put in!!!!! Straight back to the dental office where the dentist had left before us. The anestic doctor was dealing with us trying to give her Tylenol she wouldn't take I told her to go and get some numbing need which she advised there shouldn't be anymore pain there. I asked my kid if there was pain she said yes, I asked where and she pointed still balling to where the crown was put in so she went and got the numbing meds and within minutes she was improving and finally the dentist came back to tell us it was an accident she got burned she wasn't covered up, they should have used more cement with crown and kept her under longer with anestic. The entire time the dental assistant was being rude to my wife talking over her. We finally left. That night the anestic doctor called to check in on her and the burn we told her she was doing better we would monitor burn and the dentist said she was gonna refer to dermatologist for burn, she informed us it was the dental assistant who dropped the acid and the anestic doctor wiped it. Two days later her grandmother upset called to find out what was going on there this is a major issue so she was talking to the supervisor whom was giving her the run around she then asked to speak to a higher up to which she said the manager will be back in a week. I get a call back from grandmother however when she told me the name of the supervisor, well that name happened to be the DENTAL ASSISTANT, yes not the supervisor it was the same assistant that burned my child. Never again will I be going there. I have the dentist in recording admitting to all these faults and I strongly recommend you stay away. I wish I hadn't moved away from my normal dentist that I will now travel to for anything to do with my kids teeth, professionals not trainees!

Horrible experience! The staff could not work the x-ray machine at my two appointments and the administrator kept making me pay after my appointments in spite of me having dual insurance. Frustrated, we left!

Most comprehensive and compassionate care I've ever experienced! I've been with them for over a year, and they're consistently impressive. I brought a Syrian newcomer of mine to them and Patricia (at the front desk) was so creative and committed to making sure we got her the very best care at the very best price. They have flexible payment plans (which are such a big help if you're a student!) and service with a smile. Dr. Basim and Sherin are very knowledgeable and gentle with cleaning!
