The staff and Drs. at Laurier Dental were very caring and warm. I felt really comfortable and it is clear that they are really good. 5 stars for sure.

My family and I have been a patient with this group for about 40 years (originally with Dr. Medland). The staff is friendly and professional. I’ve seen many changes over the years, however this group has always maintained a wonderful staff. I had a cleaning with Pavan today and I definitely left with a brighter smile. 😁.

My first experience with this Dentist and I couldn’t be happier. Felt comfortable and very welcome. They addressed all my questions and issues. From the receptionist Paula to my hygienist Mina as well as meeting Dr. Summer, all positive and happy vibes. 5 stars. Would recommend this place to all my friends and family. I would say that i had the worst experience dealing with this dental office. I have been visiting dental offices for almost 12 years. This is the most non professional, rude and greedy dental office. I would definitely not recommend this dental office to anyone. My dental plan covers 100 % but still they were billing me. The reception staff is rude and tries to bill you on top of the insurance payments. There is no real supervisor who you could complain and talk about the unethical billing. I requested the office atleast three times to get my permisssion if something I have to pay before the service is provided but they never got my permission. They were still billing me even though my plan covers 100 %. Finally i decided to leave this dental office. This dental office is not recommended to anyone.
