Excellent experience at this dental office. My family and I moved to Hagersville about 5 months ago and were looking for a family dentist. We are so happy to find Hagersville Dental Arts. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend this dental office!

If I could give this place and the staff one star I would. Especially the reception staff! Mind you, my experience was quite some time ago...but I doubt much has changed. Very rude reception staff. Doctor there not very good, but I only saw him once because his staff were so rude I would NEVER go back!!

I have been to several dental clinics but we had to go back here as the staff is just plain amazing. They never over charge, they don't chase after payments when insurance doesn't cover and they are very nice to their patients especially my children.

I just left my dentist office in tears. I have depression and anxiety he pretty much tore me down and told me I need to stop taking medication and live a more positive life. He said it's bad for me to be introverted. He said he over came depression so I can do it. But he was so rude to me to the point that his staff had to tell him to stop and apologized to me before I left. I have never been so embarrassed and offended in my life. This is the second time he has done this. The first time he wasn't as rude but this time was so over the top. I feel so bad about myself and I can't believe I left the dentist IN TEARS. If you have anxiety and depression and take medication DON'T go to Hagersville Dental Arts. You will be treated like garbage and leave with clean teeth but poor self-esteem. This was the worst experience I have ever had at the dentist and it was my first time back in two years because if the last comments he made to me. If you suffer from mental health issues don't go there!
