Will leave no star if I could. the front desk is extremely rude and inpatient. won't think for patient and gave attitude to you over the phone. I don't think these people are fit for the job of the front desk at all. This company should hire new people for that position or get them retrained properly. Not recommend to have your children's teeth checked or fixed here.

Dr. Lin and Dr. Stein have always been great! The receptionists and hygienists are always friendly & helpful. The office is clean and comfortable and there's usually a movie playing during the cleaning.

From the first time we went to Dentistry for Children, we found the receptionists and Dr. Lin to be very rude and unprofessional. I also found it baffling how at the start of every check-up, before they even looked at my son's teeth, they would push for him to get an X-ray. At our last visit, I finally requested that they not do an X-ray unless they found something wrong with his teeth and I was met with attitude and rude comments. Dental X-rays expose children to ionizing radiation, which increases their risks of mutation and cancer. Children are particularly susceptible because their cells are dividing more rapidly at a young age. According to Dr. Ernest Lam (a professor of dentistry and head of oral and maxillofacial radiology at the University of Toronto), "Whenever an X-ray is ordered, it should be done only after a clinical exam has been performed by the dentist.” When I mentioned my concerns to Dr. Lin at the dentist office, she said that dental X-rays are completely safe and told me that if my son didn't get an X-ray at the next check-up, then we would have to find another dentist because it would be "negligent." (They did not find anything wrong with my child's teeth at the end of that check-up). I got the feeling that they were pushing us to get an X-ray for our son because it would have been covered under our benefits. We will definitely be finding another dentist as we found Dr. Lin and her staff to be very patronizing and unprofessional.

the receptionist was extremely rude when I was booking the appointment for my kid via phone. she was inpatient on the phone. I could hear her attitude through the phone. the way she talked I didn't feel like I'm welcome to the clinic at all. I cannot imagine how she deals with the kids since most of the patients are children. I highly suggest the staff should be retrained. I do not recommend this place at all.
