Nice office !! Good Doctor !! I have been visiting this off since 2016, The best thing about this office is you find all treatments under same roof. They do Braces, Implants , filings , Surgeries , Cleaning and may be more which i don't know. When I was searching for dentist in Mississauga my first priority was to find a dentist who does most of the procedures and this place is exactly what i was looking for . I would recommend this dentist to everyone.

Apparently, all they want is your visit to squeeze money out of the insurances. I called in on Friday to check if they can provide full anesthesia service for my 3 year old, the guy on the phone said yes! yes!. I explained him that the nitrous did not work on him at the dentist therefore he needs a specialist dentist appointment. The guy asked me to call the office number and book an appointment. I called and confirmed if they can provide full anesthesia service and explained my visits to previous dentist, girl also responded in affirmation (they have so many young patients). Today, I went to the clinic after taking day off from work and clearing all my schedule. First the Dr. came 25 minutes late and then all he did to my son was, did a regular dental check-up. After the check up, he started explaining that my son is not cooperating and he needs full anesthesia service which a specialist can do. Also kept insisting that my son do clean his teeth twice a day (nothing that was novel to me). I asked him, when I called you on Friday you said you can do the anesthesia and if nitrous does not work, you will use another medicine (forgot the medicine name). He pretended to have no knowledge of the Friday conversation. In the end, he just avoided answering any of my concern and left the room, but gave me a lollipop of specialist referral (which you don't even need). As I am not a person who makes a scene any where, so I just left the clinic, hence the review.

They are only interested in charging your insurance for procedures you donot need.

The receptionist Harpreet is a sweetheart!! Doctor Jain is absolutely thorough jn explaining all your options and treatment plan. The facility is super clean and very bright. You really wouldn't be able to tell what an oasis it is, front he outside it looks very ordinary but I would hand down say this is one of the nicest clinics I have been to in Canada.
