No problems with the Doctor, but the staff is completely incompetent. It is routine now for them to call me and tell my allergy medication is ready to be picked up, then tell me they do not have it when I come to pick it up. They also like to withhold insurance receipts, effectively stealing your money from you. I honestly don't even know what their hours are, either, because their website and google say two different things, and if you call to confirm hours, the receptionist will tell you 3 different closing times and tell you that all three are correct. So they either close at 5, 5:30, 6:00, or 7:00. I have no idea and neither do they, apparently.

The doctor's working there are absolutely amazing, they will do their absolute best and not bs you. Place is clean and well taken care of, waiting area always has seats. Only minus are waiting times, but well worth it. Health is something you never want rushed. Your doctor will not tell you your time is up if you still have questions or concerns.

if I could I would give ZERO stars all because of extremely rude receptionist . as well on the phone as in person . Very bad customer service experience after all.

Our family experience with Dr Olena Klipitch and staff was excellent.Very professional. Extremely knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable. Krystyna hygienist is so professional , friendly she is amazing. Taking kids to the dentist is necessary to keep their teeth healthy. But from a child's point of view, a trip to the dentist can be a scary. Thank you Dr.Olena and Krystyna for making our trips easy. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. Five STAR of Five

Stuff is super rude and unprofessional! Been waiting in the line to the front desk and one of the workers ask another one - please, help with the line of people. The reply was- I am going home, I don't care! Why they cannot wait? (it was said in front of all people). Are you kidding? Is it a good customer service? Super good doctors but, please, change front desk stuff!!!!!!!!!!!
