Consult with Dr. Tan before surgery ! My short story, at 47 always had good teeth, I found out after MRI that my jaw tips at the joint worn out creating a open bite, only my 4 back teeth would touch resulting in a 1/4 inch front gap. I took 8 months of consulting jaw specialist , facial surgeons that were determine that my main option was surgery, cutting my entire upper gum line and lowering it.Since Dr. Tan had done a wonderful job with braces for my two children. I figured I would consult with her, if she could do anything for me. She new what had to be done and took on my case. Well after 8 months with braces I have my bite back and my teeth are prefect. I 'm so grateful of her professional expertise to be able to repair my issue without surgery. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Tan and her great staff for what she has done for me.

I am very happy to have gone to Dr. Tan for my orthodontic treatment. Since day one I have been greeted warmly by all staff members. The entire team is great, very professional and kind. Their online appointment system works well too and always reminds me via email when my next appointment is. When I was in braces I looked forward to every visit. Now that they are off I have a beautiful smile! I highly recommend you go see Dr. Sharleen Tan, you won't regret it.
