Review of Britannia Village Dental Centre

December 2nd 2019. The other day I visited friends and during this trip one of my crowns fell out. Upon my return I went to BVDC and had hoped to see my regular dentist. He was on leave. Panic set in as I needed to have the crown replaced before my trip overseas in the beginning of December. Quick arrangements were made to see one of the other dentists for consultation and after a root canal, a temporary crown, and today, hurray, the permanent crown, I am now ready to go on my trip. The front office staff and the dentists were all so friendly, helpful and concerned about the challenge to get all this done before my departure. It worked out. The procedures were painless and I am happy to recommend BVDC. J.

All of the hygienists and dentists here seem to know what they're doing and provide you with quality, compassionate care!

Scheduled an appointment a week in advance and they call 25 minutes before my appointment to cancel! Unprofessional and unacceptable! If it was the client/patient doing so I would have incurred between $50 and $200 penalty for last minute cancellation as per their policy When asked why they didn’t call me earlier they said Mr.Fong just stepped out of the clinic Will take my business elsewhere
