Whoa! I came online to contribute my impression of this hardworking clinic and I’m shocked, to say the very least, about these comments directed towards Claireville Doctors. My parents and I are patients here for approximately 8 years now. Dr Dhillon is my parents’ family doctor. When I requested her to be my family doctor as well, she thoughtfully told me that she believed it would be unjust if she was appointed this duty. Dr Dhillon said to appoint Dr Saran because she has more availability than Dr Dhillon. It was considerate of her to inform me of such. I am visiting Dr Saran, as my family doctor now, for almost 3 years. I have been frequently visiting the clinic now, and never have I seen any issues with the staff or doctors. The doctors are very informative and the receptionists are earnest. I have interacted with Dr Saran, who was new to the clinic because she was available more than any of the other doctors (even during the weekends!!). I have seen them multitasking, through managing the front desk, assisting patients and doctors, as well as taking calls. I feel as though that they need more appreciation than the patients give them. I have been to other clinics before, and have seen worse, with several bad experiences. Communication wise, leaving messages to the receptionists is always an A+. They inform the doctors of everything you have said, and the doctors send a message through them. Dr Dhillon and Dr Saran are very detail oriented and if they want to add anything, they leave the receptionists a note to get back to my family and I. They are quick in their own ways, nevertheless, very informative about whatever the concern is. Another person here said that they are “scamming” patients. I also once had to pay for a doctor’s note. I paid $20. I never really needed a doctor’s note beforehand so, for curiosity’s sake, I searched it up and on OMA and a few other trusted sites, it says the prices range from $20 -$60 for sick notes. The clinic is asking for the bare minimum. If I hadn’t seen these reviews, I would have just two sentences: Amazing and hard working clinic. Definitely recommended to everyone for their exceptional services and astounding, earnest attitude.

I visited this page to share my experience with Dr. Saran. But to my utmost surprise, I read one and the only negative review about her. I understand that its one's own personal viewpoint, but I had a altogether different experience which I'll be sharing here. We are new immigrants to Canada. We were looking for a family doctor, and after a lot of search I came across the name of Dr. Saran. I must say she is the best. She has always been very nice to her patients and provides ample amount of time to listen to their problems and concern. She reffered my daughter to a specialist and everytime I visited her, she always asked me about the specialist appointment status. I was truly impressed with the nice facility and the caring staff. Each and every one of them was courteous, professional, and made my visit as comfortable as they possibly could. THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!!!

The doctors are great, very helpful and fast. as for the receptionist's, very un-professional, they talk more behind the counter between each other than actually help waiting patients. first come first serve is a lie, if you are elderly and speak punjabi you will get served faster, proven multiple times i have been here. Doctors absent notes are $20 - $100 cash only, which is a scam. nobody should ever need to pay for a sick note, it is a money grab and is taking advantage of patients. unfortunately this is the only place closest to my house so i will have to continue going here, but i will try my best not to.

Staff is horrible. First, there is a communication issue with staff. They do not understand what you are asking and interpret things wrong. I asked the staff to ask Dr. Saran to call me in regards to my specialist appointment and Dr. Saran did not put any effort to call me back. When I made her my family doctor she had flexible hours. Now she is busy and changed her hours and do not have time to accomodate her patients. So I asked the staff instead of going back and forth, please ask Dr. Saran to call me but she didn’t. The staff blamed me for being rude to them and Dr. Saran discharged me from the practice. Staff lacks understanding and do not know how to listen to patients and understand their needs. Doctor needs to pay close attention to the knowledge and capability of the one they hire. Dr. Saran scheduled my colonoscopy with the doctor which had bad reviews and when I insisted to change the specialist, then staff and Dr. Saran were adamant and wanted me to go to same doctor. After a long argument where I mentioned her to report to the college of Physician, she agreed and sent the requisition to the specialist. Just to book my specialist appointment I had to deal with this hassel. As my family doctor it was her duty but she failed to do so. Terrible experience. I will never recommend anyone to go to her because of her irresponsible behaviour and unprofessional staff.
