I have been taking my kids here to see Dr. Taylor, Malcom, and he has been nice. In the last year his son Russell has been seeing my kids and oh boy! He’s comes off rude, and if your working with kids you have to have some personality to make them feel comfortable! My daughter is 16 now and had an extreme fear of the dentist forever and was getting ok until they switched them up. Dr. Russell Taylor says things that come off as judgemental and rude we will no longer be going there any longer, as of today.

Wow, I can't believe anyone gave him a bad review! He's been my dentist for over 7 or 8 years. I have referred 3 friends to him, all of whom are happy with his services. Always pleasent to work with, he makes you an active participant in YOUR dental plan, & really listens to your input. Very helpful with regard to alternative choices & how to budget your available dental funds. I have had root canals, extractions, crowns, even partials done through his office. All work has been high quality, + his staff is very efficient and friendly. (Most have worked for him for several years).

My experience with Dr. Taylor has been a horrible nightmare! The services were done inaccurately. He misread my x-ray and did work that was not needed. I don't know about anyone else, but as for me I don't want to have dental work done that is not nessesary. He than sent me to his co-partner across the street who never had time to treat me. Although a better man than Dr. Taylor he quickly returned my money. Since all he kept doing was x-rays over and over and my money was slowly going down the drain. Dr. Taylor's office has the nerve to give me the run around about returning my money. Hopefully they decide to return my money soon. In order for me to be able to get my dental work done right elsewhere. Dr. Taylor's secretary on the phone is beyond unprofessional. She continously hangs up like a child. She even had the nerve to say "Oh were going to play games now." I mean who even says this? They are supposed to be running a professional dentistry.
