Still having a pleasant experience every time I visit this place. The sound and smell is not stress-inducing and the background in-house music can make you relax. Free parking space is very limited and very tight. You might need to look for a paid-parking on the street if their 10 free parking spaces, which is shared with other businesses, is filled.

Great experience

I got their number from 1 800 DENTIST. I spoke to "Dr. Richard" on Sunday because my daughter had an infected wisdom tooth. We started antibiotics and made an appointment to see him the next morning. My daughter was in so much pain, she was not sleeping or eating much. She took pain medication that did not even touch the pain. She was counting the hours before she could see "Dr. Richard" and get relief. He told me that he pulled wisdom teeth and that it would not be a problem. He proceeded to take X-rays using those hard cards with sharp edges placed in her swollen mouth. He told her that she had 9 cavities that needed to be filled. He proceeded to fill all 9 cavities (20 injections of novicain) AND clean her teeth, all with infected tissue. She NEVER did get numb in the wisdom tooth area and all the while she had to have her mouth open wide with his hands in it. The pain was so great that she actually began to claw at her own chest to try and divert the pain. He tried and failed 3 times to extract her infected tooth, the pain was so great she made him stop. 5 1/2 hours after entering his office, she had 9 new fillings, clean teeth and more pain than when we arrived. He obviously should have never agreed to see us for the purpose of extracting her infected tooth. He took advantage of us to make a buck. at 3:30 PM he sent us over to an oral surgeon. Before we could leave, we were asked to pay $1400.00. When my daughter emerged from his exam room, she looked like death. She was shaking uncontrollably and was white as a ghost. We drove to the oral surgeons office who said that he had told Dr. Richard that he WOULD NOT TREAT HER TODAY, it was 4:00 PM. The oral surgeon's office was very concerned about my daughter. Her pain level had elevated due to the tooth yanking and the NOW traumatized nerve. She told me she felt like her head was on fire, her mouth was bleeding and she was over raught with pain. The oral surgeon told us we should go to the emergency room. I began to cry seeing that Dr. Richard had abandoned us and my daughter was in so much pain and shock. He put my daughter's health at risk to the point of possible death. The oral surgeon reluctantly agreed to treat her. But not until he could take his own X-rays and have her sign her life away. He then put her to sleep and pulled the tooth. At 6:00 PM our ordeal had finally ended, no thanks to Dr. Richard. Be warned: He is probably a fine dentist, but he should know his own limitations and should have referrred us from the get-go to an oral surgeon.
