I took my 1 year old to see Dr. Jenna McDonald for her first appointment. Kensington Pediatric was recommended to me by my cousin's wife. It was a great first experience! It was quick, they informed us beforehand what to expect and how to best care for her oral health. It didn't feel like a typical, sterile dental office. They really catered to children and the environment reflects that. They accept a lot of different insurances so calling and scheduling was quick and simple.

I struggled for MONTHS trying to book an appointment with at a different dentist location. I finally had enough and googled pediatric dentist near me and KPD came up. Read some reviews and saw the pictures of the office. Decided to give them a call and I am SO GLAD that I did. They booked my daughter her appointment that same day and the next week we went in for her appointment. The customer service and office by far exceeded my expectations. I am kinda thankful that the other location was so bad because if they would have booked me the appointment, I wouldn't have found this place.

If you are looking for an efficient and friendly office... Kensington Pediatric is the place to go. Everyone at this office is really nice and knowledgeable. I like how they take the time to answer any questions that I have. Dr. Brenda has done an amazing job with my Invisalign's. Great professional and stress free environment.

Now bringing my second child here and couldn't possibly be happier with the experience. The dentists (we've seen Dr. Stephanie and Dr. Jenna) are amazing with the kids and everyone I've encountered from the time I call to make the appointment through to checking out at the end has set the standard for the people should be treated.

Went to the office (nice and clean) because my daughter gets her 2nd teeth in but the baby teeth are still in.. I was worried that the baby teeth have to be pulled, but Dr. Stephanie was super helpful and calmed me down. No need for them to be pulled. So my impression is that they are not talking you into something to make money, but trying to figure out what needs to be done (or in this case not to be done) to keep your little one's teeth healthy. And the best is with every check-up visit the kids get a teeth cleaning and get to watch a cool movie with headphones : )
