I work very hard to keep my daughter safe from those who don't understand autism and today I failed. Needless to say we are looking for a new dentist, and hopefully she will be willing to go when the time comes. When a dentist yells at your child, pinches them, and yanks their head back and forth in demonstration of what "real pain" and "real yanking" is...

I take all 3 of my children here for dental care and I wouldn't recommend it due to the numerous and very expensive fees that they charge. My son had an extraction scheduled and we missed the appointment due to me not being able to pull him out of school for the day and they charged me $200 plus my regular copay at his next cleaning. He had his extraction done 2 days ago and I had another appointment scheduled for my daughter today, I called in to reschedule due to me not being able to get off work and she says there is a fee (this time I didn't even ask how much) and also there is a balance on my account of over $100 from my son's extraction. I asked why I wasn't told about this when I was there for hours just 2 days ago, and she said she didn't know. I wouldn't recommend this place at all they try to fleece you with expensive fees and coincidentally there was another little boy scheduled for an extraction at the same time as my son by a different dentist. I don't trust this place at all, for all I know they could be pulling teeth out of the children's mouths that do not need to be pulled. Some of the dentists aren't that friendly either which they should be considering their specialty is working with kids.

Both our children have been going here since they had teeth. They have had great service every visit.
